God speaks to us and through us in every moment of our life. Sometimes, it can be hard to discern divine guidance amidst the busy-ness and noise.

As a Spiritual Director, my role is to be fully present with you and listen well. I will be a mirror, ask questions and offer tools to help you discern guidance from confusion.

While spiritual direction is comforting and helpful during times of life transition, my clients also report feeling more fulfilled, connected and inspired by their faith and life as a result of their work.
